Fixed Plant Traineeships Trainer · Port Hedland, WA
This job is about training and assessing mine workers who are earning their Certificate III in Resource Processing at Mineral Resources sites. You'd run training sessions, check trainees are progressing safely, and keep their training records up to date in the company system. You'd work an 8 days on, 6 days off roster and travel between different MinRes and client sites rather than staying in one place. To do this job you already need real hands-on experience: at least 3 years working as a fixed plant or process plant operator, plus a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, and you must be able to demonstrate operating equipment like wheel loaders and skid steer loaders yourself.
