We are seeking Expressions of Interest to join our Development, Services, Production and Surface Execution Teams within Copper South Australia. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will contribute to day to day operations, achieving department targets safely and efficiently.
In the role you will:
Follow tasks directed by your line leader and team members.
Follow the standards and procedures that enable you to work safely and effectively every day.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Ensure safe work systems, procedures and standards are adhered to through frequent workplace inspections.
Surface work includes the Surface Technician role. Underground roles include Nipper, Service Miner and Dump Truck Driver.
You have an overriding commitment to health, safety and the environment.
You are self motivated and driven to succeed.
You work well in a team, are a good communicator and can work autonomously.
You enjoy working outdoors and doing a range of activities day to day.
A current drivers licence is a role requirement.
You can work remotely on either a 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off roster OR 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off roster.
