Westgold are sourcing Underground Trainee Diamond Driller Offsiders. Our Diamond Drill Offsiders perform a heavily manual task of assisting our experienced Diamond Drillers Underground to ensure that our rigs are running at a high rate of utilisation and accuracy. This is a great opportunity to kick start your mining career.? All positions are employed from Perth on a FIFO roster based on our mine sites in the Murchison region. Rosters are continuous 2 weeks on, 1 week off basis and includes dayshift /nightshift.
For these positions candidates will be shortlisted and invited to attend an Assessment/Information session at our Maddington Training Centre - Saturday 7th November 2026 Candidates will have access to hear from industry professionals about the day-day life of a Trainee Diamond Driller Offsider and discuss whether FIFO and mining would be a good fit for you.
