Transdev John Holland Bus is recruiting permanent, full-time Bus Drivers to deliver safe, reliable transport across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs — no experience needed. As a 'Journey Maker' you'll be the face of the service: welcoming and assisting passengers, conducting safety checks and complying with NSW traffic regulations, managing ticketing and OPAL validation, working with the service delivery team and following a monthly roster. The role offers industry-leading, paid training (5 weeks on full pay), a free car-to-bus licence upgrade, a sign-on bonus up to $6,000 (MR licence or above, T&Cs apply), a free employee OPAL pass, 5 weeks annual leave plus loading, public holiday benefits, permanent full-time job security and depot perks (gym, pay TV, showers, social club). Depots are at Waverley, Randwick and Port Botany, with scenic routes including Bondi Beach.
