About this role
As an NDT Technician Trainee, you'd support the operations team while learning radiography skills, including X-ray testing, under the guidance of qualified radiographers. You'd help identify and resolve product quality issues and take part in continuous improvement projects. The work is based at Thales' Benalla site, which makes propellants, explosives and munitions for defence and commercial use. You'd ideally have a trade qualification in Engineering or Science, or a Year 12 certificate with maths or science. Because it's a defence role, you need to be an Australian citizen and pass a police check and security clearance.
