Customer Field Technician I Shepparton · Shepparton, VIC
As a Customer Field Technician, you would travel to different customers' homes and businesses to install, repair and maintain nbn services, like copper and fibre cabling and internet equipment. You'd work independently each day, tracking down and fixing faults while explaining things clearly to customers. No telecommunications background is needed since full training, a vehicle, fuel card, tools and uniform are all provided. You do need a current, clean driver's licence and need to be comfortable with hands-on work and talking to customers. It's a permanent, full-time job with working hours somewhere between 7am and 7pm depending on the day.
