As a Customer Field Technician, you'd travel to people's homes and businesses to install and fix nbn internet connections. Your work would include running copper or fibre cables, setting up equipment, and tracking down and fixing faults. You'd work mostly on your own, managing your own jobs, while explaining to customers what you're doing along the way. You don't need any telco experience to start — nbn trains you and gives you all the tools. You will need a clean driver's licence and a strong focus on doing the job safely.
