As a Customer Field Technician for nbn in Launceston, you'd travel to customers' homes and businesses to install, fix and look after their internet connections. Day to day you might run and join copper or fibre cables, set up equipment inside a customer's house, or track down and fix faults in the network or equipment. Because you're working face-to-face with customers, you need to be a good communicator and give great customer service, and you'll be trusted to manage your own work with little supervision.
