As a Customer Field Technician you'd travel to customers' homes and businesses in the Hobart area to install, fix, and maintain nbn internet connections. Your work includes running and joining copper and fibre cabling, setting up equipment inside the customer's premises, and figuring out and fixing faults when something isn't working. You work mostly on your own, dealing directly with customers, so being reliable, honest, and good at talking to people matters as much as the technical work.
