The Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV) is a 50/50 joint venture between CPB Contractors and Downer. It is delivering major upgrades and replacing existing infrastructure and facilities to support Defence capability for the next 30 years.

The program of works covers three Department of Defence sites:

• Albury Wodonga Military Area (including North, South & East Bandiana, Latchford Barracks, Wirlinga)

• Blamey Barracks (Kapooka)

• RAAF Base Wagga

The proposed $2 billion capital investment includes:

• Construction of new messing and living-in accommodation

• Construction of new training facilities

• Refurbishment and upgrading of existing buildings

• Remedial works and upgrades to infrastructure services

The opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Site Administrator to provide administrative support to the project team and help site activities across the Riverina Redevelopment Program run smoothly each day. You'll play a key role in document control, cost processing and stakeholder coordination on a major Defence project.

This is a permanent role. We will support you to complete a traineeship in Procurement/Contracting or Business Administration, with a pathway toward a junior Commercial role.

What you’ll do

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project and site teams.

• Manage correspondence, documentation, filing and records in line with project procedures.

• Raise purchase orders, process supplier dockets and help with invoice matching.

• Support end-of-month processes, cost tracking and reporting.

• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders to support site operations.
