About this role
As an apprentice, you'd work alongside qualified HVAC technicians servicing and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems in large commercial buildings around Perth, like stadiums, universities and hospitals. Your day-to-day would include helping with maintenance, breakdowns, and fault-finding, plus learning about electrical controls and building management systems. You'd also fill out digital service reports and safety paperwork, and go to TAFE to complete your qualification alongside the on-the-job training. It's a full-time apprenticeship, so you're earning a wage the whole time you're learning the trade.
