For people starting out, Western Power runs a range of entry-level programs including apprenticeships, traineeships and a graduate employment program, alongside university-level engineering vacation work and a high school work experience program. Training and development continue from there, with access to learning through the company's own registered training organisation, Power Training Services, plus coaching, mentoring and a study assistance program some employees are eligible to join.
