Ventia is one of the largest infrastructure service providers in Australia and New Zealand, working across a wide range of city, regional and remote locations. The work spans connecting people to faster networks, maintaining Defence Force facilities, fixing water pipes, cleaning contaminated land, keeping traffic flowing and ensuring schools are running — the everyday things that keep cities and towns operating. For people starting out, Ventia runs the #VentiaGrad program, which offers extensive learning and development opportunities to new graduates, alongside trainee pathways into the business.
