Others have grown well beyond their starting points: Emily leads management accounting, describing the work as storytelling through numbers and acting as a strategic business partner in a dynamic environment, and Inga, who did not initially see herself in leadership, became interested in leading innovation and strategy and has acted as Head of IT. Hydro Tasmania is led by CEO Rachel Watson.
